I have a legal background but I can't remember if dismissing the case without prejudice keeps the statute at bay.

My kid finally got "good" insurance with his new job. He's astonished at the co-pays. He's diabetic. It's $74 a month JUST for his CGM sensors. "How do people afford this?" he says. I hear ya, kid.

My teeth are actually cracking. I tried buying dental insurance but it cost $45 a month for a cap of $1200 dental benefit for a year. After a year they add another $500. Does that seem nuts to anyone but me? I have a minimum of $4000 projected dental work.

I feel incredibly fortunate not to have a mortgage but everyting else is going up ridiculously. How are people paying these rents/mortgages?
