I am not a good cook, and I am learning.
I upgraded to an all-clad D3, and tried eggs. Browned the butter the first time (yesterday), but they came out ok.
But today? Today I succeeded. A little more "over hard" than desired, but go me!

I didn't want to go out today, but I went for a ride on my boy, Marley. You get the horse you get on the day, or even in that moment, and today I get Mr. Muddy. He took great care of me today.
