eggnog iced oatmeal cookies are from the Cookies book but made eggnog-y with inspiration from Joy the Baker. I added nutmeg to the dough and rum and more nutmeg to the glaze. delish! #food #baking #cookbooks

for this version of enchiladas, I pureed rehydrated dried chiles with pumpkin. the filling is sautéed local peppers and kale with black beans. a little grated goat gouda went on top, and the cilantro-jalapeño-pepita garnish is required. #food #cooking
