I’m very worried I will sleepwalk down the stairs which will likely end in me getting badly hurt.

I don’t know what to do.

It’s unfortunately genetic and it limits the types of food I can eat. Like I can’t eat much authentic Mexican food, for example.

I’ve tried this but as Tetris stresses me out, it’s not effective. I do play solitaire with instrumental music and that helps me regulate well enough.
