I’ve had Verizon for 17 yrs. No major issue until the last 6 months. It’s been a sh*tshow. Customer service reps don’t know they’re a$$es from a hole in the ground. Complete incompetence, after being on hold for at least 30 min is infuriating. What will it be like after letting 13K go??
