In Prague for #elc2025, super excited to be talking about levelling up your teams using incidents 🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿

Could not agree more with this - it's a real joy working with people who have a good eye for product, and having quick iteration cycles like this is the only way I know to truly raise the bar.

Attack the problem, not the person
I’m a Staff-level Product Designer.

I posted a design in our informal crit channel. It took 4 Slack messages from a teammate to lead me to an iteration that feels much better.

Leave your egos at the door, your teammates make you better. If you’re afraid of design feedback, you are missing out.

I got to try this in an incident a couple of weeks ago and it's really, really cool. Super excited for our customers to get their hands on it ❤️‍🔥
This week, we launched Scribe — an AI agent for incident calls, that:

1️⃣ transcribes in real time

2️⃣ shows the current topic in Slack/Web so you always know what's being discussed

3️⃣ surfaces key points and actions, and summaries on the go

Genuinely one of the best things we’ve shipped this year! 🚀

Building up a good reading list for the holidays - any other recommendations?

Feature request for a new and generally happy Claude user: can the `projects` page default to 'all projects' and not 'your projects' when
* You have no projects
* There are some excellent projects in 'all projects' which I always want to be using

Thank you thank you 🙏

Today I am grateful that Pete Hamilton got fed up of manually organising his Slack sidebar.

This tool is honestly one of my favourite work-admin hacks.

Thank you good sir 🙏🙏.

Does anyone know how to clone a Claude 'project' so it copies across the existing project knowledge?

We want to use projects more seriously at work (sharing them, curating them) but lack of cloning is going to be painful.

I'm pretty pleased with how this revamp turned out. Looks better, reads better, and feels better 😉
We’ve revamped our tactical guide to modern incident management, including:

🪨 Incident basics & tracking
🔥 Response tactics
👩‍🎓 Learning from incidents
📈 Key metrics

No fluff, just real-world insights from actual incident responders. Enjoy! 🚀

Finishing up a week of on-call on a Friday afternoon can go a few different ways.
Sometimes it's a G & T during All Hands, then to the pub feeling hyper social.

But today was a juice box during All Hands then home for Lasagna and a rugby game.

10 year old me would be delighted at this outcome

I totally understand why it's difficult, but if someone could fix Slack's 'sometimes your threads don't get marked as read' bug I will buy you a Michelin star dinner

An excellent (and disarmingly brief) summary of my talk today - thanks so much #srecon for having me 🇮🇪
Data rot: If people don't trust the catalog, they won't update it, which makes them less trustworthy. The service catalog should *do things*, so people are motivated to update it, and the data should be easy to find and update.

Summary: clarity is key, start with one team, use your data. #srecon
