Undocumented status exists largely due to a broken legal system. A 10–15 year wait time, high costs, and underfunding are known issues. We should NOT be deporting. We SHOULD be fixing the problem with major policies to fix legal backlogs.

How to Get Rid of "Citizens United"
We can do away with it without a new Supreme Court. Nor do we need a constitutional amendment. There’s a far simpler way.
