Fuck her. She wants to choose for other people and can’t accept that decision for herself. “Pissed off conservative woman…” how about “embarrassed and humbled conservative woman who was wrong, ignorant, arrogant, sanctimonious, condescending, judgemental, short-sighted, and brainwashed.”

That’s because they’ve brainwashed each other into believing that abortion is murder but they only consider elective procedures as “abortion.” They refuse to understand that any event besides birth that removes fetal tissue is an abortion, even miscarriage is termed abortion so they refuse to help.

Before, it was “If they die, it’s God’s will”. When it happens to them, it’s “I cannot believe the things I voted for are actually being applied to me!”.

i’m glad she didn’t die, but my sympathy level is 0 until she starts voting for heath care for all, which includes reproductive care, which includes abortion access, full stop.

It simply did not occur to these Republican women that losing abortion rights would ever be a problem for them. They're learning that abortion is essential medical care. I hope this woman is more careful about who she votes for in the future. I'm grateful to her for sharing her story. 🙏
