Better Man and Blues Brothers are maybe the only movie musicals that worked for me.
I guess I just like when the music bits are a device to do elevated insane shit that wouldn’t work in the plot otherwise.

The most irritating video for me was when Alex covered GTA IV.
Instead of going into the extensive remastering the FusionFix mod team did to make the game look gorgeous he mentioned it offhand and looked at an unfinished pathtracing mod the author is charging money for and currently looks terrible

The funny thing is on their PS5 Pro focused podcast they basically just came to the conclusion that many games look worse or basically the same on the Pro, with FF Rebirth and Gran Turismo being the only ones with any notable difference lol

The thing I hate is that around the 3DS Pokemon also became more focused on catering to kids and railroading everything.
I’m curious if the newer games still appeal to kids. Growing up most of my wonder came from the things that were hidden and discovering them for myself from friends and guides.

The particles in the background that subtly interact with how you move the UI and just how perfectly crisp everything is rendered looks way more expensive than the mess they made for the 4 & 5.

I was cool with it for Tetris Effect as its own unique aesthetic, but not really a fan of it becoming a "house style."

The specs seem to imply it being around $500 USD or so. It's a little weaker than a base PS5 so they should be able to target a similar MSRP.

a large room similar to a firing range rather than a benchmark cause those 60 second benchmark runs take forever to reset to get to the spot you want to test.

stg every pc game needs to boot directly to the main menu and have a button in the options menu that loads a special room which shows the most expensive graphics the game will have so people can test settings

My cats are the best, but everything about pets makes me feel this way. I’m mixed if I would get more now that I’m not a 10 yo
