Two years ago played TC early on Haaland v Bournemouth.. city won 6-1 but Haaland got 1 point. Last year played it on Haaland v Southampton and he scored early but only a 6 pointer. Third time lucky this year - or just repeating same mistake? Feel slightly scarred! #fpl #gw6 #triplecaptain

And then the final tinker... couldn't resist Madueke v depleted Forest defence and sold on the Brooks shout @fpljoe.bsky.social... Bring on 11am, need to leave it alone now!

Not the worst start but late double clean sheet wipeouts for both Brighton and Forest disappointing. Should have stuck to the Bizot plan but got cold feet on one week punt. Plan was to get Saka for GW2 but now leaning towards an early move for Mbuemo - can't be too long til he & Cunha click?

Got a busy day today so think this is it. Many, many risks in this team - no Salah, no Palmer, two new PL fullbacks, two cheap midfielders, one week BB GK - but fancied a big punt for GW1 so let's see how it goes. Only change will be if Rogers deffo still injured.

Final team of season, top of mini league, rivals are 36 and 44 points behind me respectively, but guy in third place has Ass Man on Ange... Last game for a while as won't be playing next year - hoping for good things today, bring it on! OR 57k, would be amazing to make top 50k 🙏 #fpl #gw38

Mine was similar but been spooked by Palace performances and Arsenal second fixture, plus city fixtures aren't amazing, don't want to treble up. Currently on this, Munoz & Strand Larsen on bench. Mateta is defensive really as everyone in my mini leagues has him and am currently top.

Same. Pretty happy with this although have sworn many times never to go back to Ederson! Traded in the value accumulated in Aina, Gabriel and Robinson to Williams, Timber and Kerkez so let's see how that works out.

First time for a 4-4-2 this season and first time I've ever captained Salah v United... no room for sentiment when mini leagues at stake. ESR first sub should the weather do its worst at Anfield, but don't think it will be bad enough to postpone, just lots of rain tomorrow and we're used to that.

May as well start with the best gameweek I've had for quite a while. Should have stuck with plan to get Isak but Solanke fomo prevailed. All downhill from here no doubt.
