That’s a lie. The BBC used Trump’s own words. They simply spliced two parts of the speech in their report. He said what they showed.

Trump's building a huge, masked Gestapo that doesn't care about warrants, due process, probable cause, transparency, legality, morality, or human rights.

Fascism isn't coming. It's here.

RESIST!! It's now or never.

This included the raid at an Idaho racetrack where the family of Anabel Romero, who was born in Idaho, was attacked by federal agents and threatened with murder.

The investigation also found that agents ‘treated children with reckless disregard for their safety and well-being."

“What most struck me is the brutality and physical violence involved in every story,” said Sen. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut.

“This is stuff that should be unrecognizable as America. It should make everyday Americans outraged that their fellow citizens could be treated this way.”

The distance between the side entrance and the main entrance is smaller "than the width of your jury box," Biskupic tells the jurors.

Biskupic says that the side entrance where the restricted jury hallway emptied into the public hallway “10 ft, 11 inches" from the main entrance.

"That’s what she’s on trial for,” Biskupic says.

The agents were waiting in that hallway for the defendant and chose not to arrest him there, he notes.

“An ICE warrant does not compel courthouse personnel to cooperate...”

Attorney Stephen Biskupic begins by noting that the non-public hallway emptied right next to the main door of the courthouse, where federal agents were waiting.

There's another still frame of Dugan pointing with her thumb behind her, apparently gesturing for another federal agent to leave.

"Get out!" she said, according to the prosecutor.

The prosecutor tells the jury, "You’re going to see a lot of video evidence into what occurred in the hallway."

There's no audio in the footage.

He shows jurors a photograph of Dugan and another judge, wearing their robes, and speaking to federal agents.
