My bio mom was 22 & my bio dad 21. They were students at the Univ. of Georgia, where my maternal grandfather was a football coach. It was 1967 and my mom was sent to The Willows Maternity Sanitarium in Kansas City to have to me. KC was the adoption hub of the US due to MO’s closed adoption laws.

Two years ago today I got my 23&Me results and found my biological father. I was adopted as a baby, had an amazing life, and my adoptive parents have passed, so I decided to search. Best decision of my life 💕
