Beyond this current project of mine, I am very much invested in memorializing not just my creations, but the legacies of communities that are far too often overlooked.

This project isn’t just portfolio, it’s practice. Practice in memory, and if we’re getting technical, it’s been a crash course in GitHub Pages, Jekyll, Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VS Code.

Preparing your thoughts and possessions at death and old age is a blessing, but doing so long before is equally sane. Lucky for me, my interest in software and game development has led to the exploration of preservation and the radical art of code through this task.

So please, if you take anything from me, let it be the desire to memorialize your legacy.

I’ve reached a point in my life where my education and career have created many paths for me. Some I won’t get to walk and many I have treaded in the ground. It was time to clean up my stuff.
