Had a ride on the Kingston/Edmonds #ferry, and spent some time walking the town, getting a bite to eat at Spud Fish and chips, and then mommy (me) got some #art stuffs and then came home!!

The reason there is no cone on him is because he completely freaks out which causes physical thrashing and increases risk of post surgical bleeding.
So due to this we’re on simplecalming chews. I’m extremely pleased with how well the vets left the site, very clean with only a small incision site.

Settling in for bed on the couch, the appointment and procedure went really well and he is recovering just fine.
Had a little bit of a blood scare this evening but I was assured that a little is normal.
Trying to get him tired is one heck of a challenge after anesthesia and all afternoon rest. 😅

Tomorrow is an early day as it’s Robin‘s first (and only) neuter appointment. At 7:15am he’ll be dropped off while I work from 10-3pm so activity here will be limited/super slow.
