Rainey and Tony go way back, so she and Hayes very quickly built a friendship over roasting his ass. She's glad to know there's always somebody around to call him on his nonsense!

I love how you draw clothing, especially sweaters and such- it looks so comfy in pieces like these!

And Hayes running around the house pretending to be a vigilante means they bring back a lot of stories for Chance, who in turn is kind enough to include them in his TTRPG endeavors.

Hayes is also kind of a love letter to all my own collectibles, so it was fun deciding which nerd media would get lumped into their Scavenger outfit! And adding additional bits of junk they've picked up along the way, like their aux cord belt and the helmet they made out of a broken power plug.

They've cobbled together some armor from a variety of busted toys, and tout themselves as the defender of the lost and discarded, but talking to them reveals pretty immediately that they're just a dork who knows a LOT about all the nerd media the homeowner has enjoyed over the years.
