Very happy with this end result.

This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

It's terrifying to think that my ability to take commissions could be ended instantly just because someone who either didn't know better or had malicious intent could mention the word "furry" in a paypal feedback section and they'd ban me thinking i do nsfw.
