Have about a 0.9% spread between 30 and 50 where the payment drops. Above that and the payment is in fact larger
Just rudimentary math here but using current avg rates per Mortgage news daily and extending it out a bit for 50 yr term (mkt will want more duration spread from 30 v 50)
320k 15 yr (5.8%) = $2665.89
30 yr (6.3%) = 1980.71
50 yr (7%) = 1925.40
50 yr (7.22%) = 1979.46

While a 50 year mortgage might lower monthly payments, it drastically increases total interest and slows equity growth. Stimulating demand without fixing supply would likely raise prices. The core issue in the housing market isn't financing; it's the lack of supply.

problem is even the math doesn't make sense

To me even Ep 3 equally cringe worthy though its specific faults lie with the pacing of the story TPM and AOTS had....felt way too rushed like they had to bring 3 movies into 1 2 hour performance...my youngest is 2, i plan to start with Rogue One then go from there when the time comes

Did see it a second time with my mom the next day and that was the moment realized just how bad it was....Eps 2 and 9 were equally deflating
But the soundtrack, especially Duel of the Fates, is the only redeeming quality of that movie
