I'm sorry😂 but its nothing wrong with acknowledging your feelings. And insecurity/fear can help you see when you may need a little more reassurance from the other person or it can help you see that the person isn't giving you what you need to feel secure. Knowing early can help you not to waste time

Lol Every situation is different but if you feel like you can't text them more than once while yall are in conversation then you're probably not comfortable with them. Sometimes is insecurity coupled with that person not showing that they want you. Thats why reevaluation is necessary.

If I feel the need to keep tabs like that, I would reevaluate that person's place in my life tbh.
