Adding procedural rocks to river banks makes them look 100x better. The rock material is using the terrain layer as its base map which makes it blend seamlessly! #gamedev #indiedev

Game dev makes for some really great unintentional humor. For example, while trying to add some elf ears to my elves, I ran into a bug where every FBX export from blender would come out 1: Bright Green and 2: crumpled into a little ball with no explanation #gamedev #indiedev

DDO got a lot of use out of Beast Mode, drawn lovingly by an operations manager to remind us to leave our computers off for a weekend to facilitate a bios update. I used it whenever I had the chance and needed something to fill a UI element or display an icon.
