Seriously though, maybe some immigrant cows would improve the butter. On the left, homebrand Aussie pasture-fed butter, packed with natural beta-carotene (vitamin A). On the right, imported US butter, packed with goodness only knows what. Not beta carotene, that's for sure. 😱

So, if pears are in season and rhubarb is also in season... obviously it's time for pear and rhubarb crumble cake. Crunchy oat crumble, tart pear and rhubarb, and a vanilla pound cake base. 😋

Dr Anvesh Chalasani, PGY2, describes initiatives such as Low Paging Hour to improve resident nutrition as a human factors QI intervention. Still much to be done however- residents self-rated their nutrition only 6.6/10 on non surgical and 5.4/10 on surgical terms.

Prof Phillippa Poole compares graduation intention vs actual workforce, with surgery over- and GP under-subscribed. However, PhD of Antonia Verstappen, longitudinally tracking individual drs, busts the idea of a 'pipeline' and highlights pitfalls of selecting too early.

All other specialties have less significant mismatches <10%. (Laucke multigrain mix + extra cup of buckwhear flour + 8g dried yeast, double-risen in the usual way then braided into a pull-apart loaf).

These are the only ones that work for us, and I'm not thrilled about the amount of packaging, but they work! My experiences with the dried ones were very similar to yours.

Utterly tragic- not helped by Nine news editors' dreadful double negative that implies blame. (To be clear- there is NO blame for train driver or parents at this time). 💔
