I painted this in #Shoreditch #London a while ago. I really liked the brick wall and the taxi rank. A fella stopped and stared art me for ages. I don’t know why, but I added him anyway.

In recent months, I was commissioned to paint a house in #Wimbledon, #London. An interesting aspect of this project was that the client asked me to depict the house as it would have appeared in the late 19th century, when it was first built.

A Sunday morning In Eastney, Portsmouth. It is the view from Ferry Road to Lock Lake with a fella and his Jack Russell dog. it stretched on his lead to partake in the rarefied feast of an abandoned KFC box. He never did quite make it.

The Southwark Tavern, near Borough Market, #London
A lovely Victorian pub. In the basement bar you drink in prison cells’ as it was built on top of an old debtors’ prison.

Sheep on a hillside in winter. How do they cope with all that cold weather? They seem happy enough, however. A #watercolour in Pylle, #Somerset and is a view from my cycle route.

An oil painting of Knick Knacks Antiques Emporium in Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire. While I worked on the initial drawings for this they lent me a Victorian chair to sit on. Very kind.

Now for something a bit sunny!
Lyme Regis is a small, ancient Dorset Seaside town built on what is known as ‘The Jurassic coast’ and is famous for its fossil laden cliffs which are a ‘World Heritage Site’.

One of four paintings commissioned by Siemens of The Crystal in the London Docklands.

All blue glass, and not a single parallel line on the whole structure made them rather difficult.
