imo Next should make it so that files named client.tsx in the app dir are auto "use client"'d.
Its such a nice pattern putting the non-reused components co-located next to the RSC page.

Crazy to me that the geforce now games list downloads the entire game list synchronously, blocking all interactivity on the site until it finishes downloading

Ok, I seem to have a working solution. Instead of using dynamicIO I'm using PPR + unstable_cache. I wrapped the api request in unstable_cache, and have it revalidate after 30 seconds.
`next build` says / is being exported as a static page. So I think this is working!

Giving spotify a shot for a little after having been on APM for a hot minute. I like APM's quality, but some parts of the spotify UI + algorithm seem a bit better.
