Today’s sourdough attempt. It smells wonderful and I am very pleased on the appearance. Being a newby at sourdough, I actually watched a YouTube on how to score it. Turned out pretty close to video. 😊

My first attempt at sourdough with a new sourdough starter this morning. Looks like I need to work on deeper scoring but it sure smells wonderful!
