sympathy, or care for others. They are ignorant, sometimes willfully, of why we are who we are. They might say it’s “to protect the kids”, but it’s just to fuel their bigotry, hate, and often political power. These actions have no place in the modern world. Trans rights are human rights! (7/7)

This is the trans experience. It is not “a choice” that we can make, it is the only option we have to be happy with our lives. Those who would withhold this change from us are people who have no empathy, (6/7)

color, but their gender is the opposite color? In this scenario, it would be impossible to be happy with their self-identity as it is, as they simply don’t have the cards to play. For this person to be happy, at least one of the cards has to change, and since it’s impossible to change (5/7)

cis people, people who have no trouble expressing themselves and are happy with their gender identity. They may express a mix of their cards, but they are always happy with their gender identity.

However, not all situations are like that. What if someone is dealt eight or nine cards of one (4/7)

In order for this hypothetical person to be happy with their gender identity, they would need to play, or express, at least three cards from their selection, with at least two of these cards matching the gender of the person. For the vast majority of deals, this isn’t a problem. These would be (3/7)

red cards being traditionally feminine traits. Shuffle the deck and deal nine cards. These become the personality of someone when they’re born. Then, take a tenth card and place it aside. The color of that card represents the gender that this person will be assigned at birth. (2/7)
