Voting Liberal because you believe it's the right choice is totally valid. Voting Liberal because you think you'll help make sure a Conservative won't be in the PMO, if you live in Halifax, isn't impactful.

Strategic voting is definitely a thing. I'm not saying it isn't. I'm saying that Halifax, historically, isn't a swing riding. Lisa was a hair away from beating Andy last election, and Andy's first win in the Trudeau wave was a significant surprise.
