The manager will almost certainly pay with his job, but there needs to be scrutiny on the whole structure; Edwards, Hughes, all of them have played their part in this mess. As it turns out, winning transfer windows, and not football matches, is incredibly overrated #LFC

If anything, Jürgen as a DoF wouldn't be a good idea. He'd be hovering around like a spectre over the manager, and any dip in form instantly adds so much more pressure. Also, Jürgen famously isn't massively into data, but was open minded enough to be persuaded. DoF isn't the rule that suits him, imo
