i made so many changes i couldn’t tell ya exactly which one did it, but either the better way the server fills out the expected blobs or the better identity event, or both

I don't think it was for that known/unsolved migration issue, it was because the PDS had reached 100 accounts :(
Solution: made a new test PDS! If you'd like a new account on that just dm for invite code
