She does have a lot of trauma around the eyes. It might be residual after having one eye ripped out, like an ongoing side effect of that wound.

If he's wearing a dickey, which would have been more common in his time period, the rest of his clothes would be fine for him to take on and off with that massive head lol. It would clip to the collar, and is probably the piece that has what looks like a wifi signal under his neck in most outfits
