it feels like i spent a long part of life trying to figure out how to best cook everything, but in the end, these things are what i like best. is that disappointing? lol

overcooked steak, burgers. vegetables that are slightly mushy, rice that's a little too soft, bread that's a little too crusty. chicken that's a touch too dry. that kinda stuff, the stuff that has a feeling of "just to be safe."
