Drawer fronts on. Need to make the cabinet doors, paint everything, and install hardware. Then it’s back to the bedroom project.

I’ve developed a mixing method. 5-8 second pour, mix in nutmeg, add eggnog, mix thoroughly, top with nutmeg…. And repeat.

I feel this hard. December I turn into a caveman. Full of snacks and eggnog and bourbon. This year seems darker than usual. Got to sweat, but the barrier feels insurmountable and somehow futile. Thanks for being more articulate than I am.

Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly though. Your earthquakes salt text got me to start doing mine some time ago though so… one more person with spotty alt text and it’s your fault.

Do you eat the stem bits on the ends? My guinea pigs would be furious if I tried pulling this on them but now I’m curious. Do they cook better like this? That’s how I boil beets, but hadn’t thought of doing that with anything else.
