The democrats did not campaign John on releasing the files ,to my recollection there really wasn’t any talk about the files 5 years ago also without the shutdown ,the subsidies and conversations would not have been had.The shutdown brought this to the attention of the American people

I have an idea keep the 2k tariff check , repeal the tax breaks for the top 1% and reinstate the ACA subsidies, then put the rest towards paying down the deficit. How’s that sound!
