Does he make house calls ? I think there's a cockroach under the sofa.....my cat is 'union' and wont work on weekends. I support unions and pay his dues, keep a roof over his head, cover his medical bills, etc. This is an emergency and he still wont get up !!!

The best solutions are avoiding dangerous areas, not being alone, staying hypervigilante of your surroundings, seeking immediate, shelter and help if you feel you are endangered....not having a false sense of security that pepper spray will protect you in every situation.

Anecdotally and pragmatically, you use ANYTHING that allows you to get away from an assailant....guns are not necessary and are deadly if they escalate a situation or are turned on you.
