I should caveat that investments can go up and down but generally an investment is a long term commitment which over time should increase in value.

Definitely not, Emma, it's ateam effort. I'm aware of a handful of frauds in our voluntary work, and neither are from Derbyshire. In Surrey, we're taking inspiration from what Derbyshire has achieved and deservedly recognised by the NBN.
