these big things like degrees, PHDs, multi-year courses in general do hampen the enjoyment of hobbies as you spend so much effort trying to achieve them. Its entirely normal! But what you get at the end lasts a lifetime so its worth struggle.

Im still going through the "try different things to see if it helps" segment of chronic back pain. Trying pilates and seeing if it helps. 4 years of sleep deprivation is tiring as fuck yo.

She is her own regulator, she is like a gas tank and has her own quantity of air/or helium inside her.
If you try to inflate her...not much will actually change physically, at least not at first :3 but there is a maximum and would make her look kinda pregnant.
