updating edge with winget is unnecessarily annoying because the msi is a parallel installation from the windows store version (but it lets you uninstall the latter if the former is present). microsoft apparently declared this a feature for byod usecases. lmao

i should write a script that just `nix copy`s the latest nixos evaluation from my hydra server. `nix copy` _shouldn't_ be faster than the normal binary cache logic but ime in practice it's dramatically so
