Wild fork is the bomb. Had a Brazilian guy working for me and he convinced me to order from them and I haven’t looked back. And that tri tip looks like I cook them.

AND back to zero days that my senator didn’t embarrass me. Love Kansas and the people but the congressional delegation with the exception of Sharice Davies are all bad.

This all day long. My brain also focuses on patterns so data is where I ended up. Luckily I’ve been a voracious reader all my life so that did help with upward mobility since I can also write and speak in front of people.

Almost any Cooks Illustrated has at least one recipe like that. Although highly recommend the beef Wellington recipe.

Oh - please give it a try - so many incredible things you can do with it. Start simple - if you like hard boiled eggs that’s a pretty fast easy one. I just made split pea soup last night in mine. It’s far safer than the old ones and all the stories about them.
