#Südosteuropa hat ein Demografie-Problem. Politischer Aktionismus verschlimmert es nur noch, schreibt IOS-Direktor Ulf Brunnbauer in einem Beitrag für DW. Zur Lösung identifiziert er andere Ansatzpunkte, auch wenn manche für die Mehrheit noch ein Tabu sind, etwa Zuwanderung.
