I should probably get a therapist. I mean I’ve known this since may. I just feel like i cant trust any therapist from past experiences I’ve had so it’s never really helped me, yet I need to be able to trust this person more than anyone else on the planet.

Wow. I never stopped to think how long it’s been since i last felt like a truly positive, happy person and how long it’s been since “that thing” happened that killed all that. It’s really been nearly 10 years, huh.
