Vitamin C my jam, especially of late. A healer, calling for broiled grapefruit.😋

Slice, section, sprinkle cinnamon and clove and a squeeze of local honey. Sliced banana optional.
Broiled 4 to 6 minutes.
Don't forget to squeeze out leftover juice and sip from the saucer.

A cloth bookmark or pagemarker embroidered with threads of red and natural shades on silk and ecodyed fabric scraps that told me a story, it goes like this... Heartened murmuring at Thorn Mountain. As time healing grows longer, each hour joins another in non-escape. But will there be time to escape? Maybe go down a mountain of pricks, through the bramble of thorny thicket. Trying to maneuver safely, hopefully minus further injury to sanity. Instead, I re-dreamed exchanging for another route by a divine light that I be lifted to soar in formation, warmed by the Sacred Heart casting compassion and community across all humanity as one. Unknown when I'll be released to walk again, my mind will continue clamoring the return for a renewal of human benevolence. One all might walk hand to hand, hearts as one.
