Sup. I usually post some reviews for movies I watch, but I like almost every form of media. Try Me.

That feeling when you get into something and are doing it so much it takes so much of your day that you end up dreading it a bit because you know you will lose at least 3 hours by doing that thing.

So much fun.

Anybody else up?

Just up.

Like awake right now.

As you’re reading this, are you awake?

Really?

Are you?

I don’t think you are.

It’s kind of crazy how babies infiltrate homes and make everything about them. So selfish and such a double standard. Like, you wouldn’t treat me like you would a baby if I just showed up and started crying.

Be the change you want to see.

I do not like the morning sun, or really the sun in general. But, if I was to pick a time where I hate the sun the most, it’s the morning sun.

Iron Lung was a fun experience. I think the “horror” tag added to it is a tad too much, but nonetheless it was a good watch. The movie has a great story and atmosphere, really can’t beat it. I think if you’re gonna see it, keep in mind it’s a slow burn and not jumpy more suspense than anything. 8/10

Death of a Unicorn was pretty good. I did like Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega’s performances also the guy who plays Adam Warlock in GotG, I cba to look up his name. I didn’t like the constant theme of idiocy from the business people. I get that it’s the point of the movie but it was too much for me.

I just uninstalled any sort of ai llm from any device I own. I don’t have the patience to be apart of the problem in the future. People in my life already say, unironically might I add, to “ChatGPT it” as if it’s a verb. I can’t in good conscience continue to use these tools.

I know anyone who would normally see this is not and will not be an American Football fan, but i want to just kind of put my thoughts out there in the ether to just have it out there and it be able to come back to it years later. . . .

That being said I spent most of this post to set up a thread.

I watched Whiplash (2014) the other night. Amazing movie in terms of its editing, camera direction, and music. You can feel the emotion in every scene and the spiral musicians suffer through in the world of Terrance Fletcher. I’d highly recommend. 9/10

People will say you have to keep your composure as a Quarterback of a team. But after what Carson Wentz went through in the last couple weeks from injury to that left arm to the line just collapsing every snap. I just feel bad for him.

Tron: Ares is a sensation for the senses. Watching it in the highest quality picture, sound, and 3D really brings this movie up. The writing is a bit flat, but I think the experience overall is worth it. The NiN soundtrack fits so well, I hope this trend continues with future films. 7/10

The Smashing Machine was amazing! The performance from Dwayne Johnson was not something I expected to enjoy. Minus points for creativity, cause it is a biopic. But, overall this movie feels real, brings out the emotions these people felt, and delivers a true serious role for an actor who needed it.

I just watched Passengers (2016) for the first time today. The one thing that comes to mind is that Chris Pratt looks like a serial killer for most of it while Jennifer Lawrence’s character suffers from Stockholm syndrome. It is kind of crazy. Other than that the story was nice and interesting. 6/10

Caught Stealing was a fun eccentric pseudo heist movie. Austin Butler proves that he is capable of more than just an Elvis impersonator. The characters are fun, unique, and will keep you on your toes. There a couple twists you wouldn’t expect that keep the story interesting. Overall good movie. 8/10

What a great start to the NFL season. The Bears v. Vikings game isn’t over yet, but it’s looking to be a Bears victory so far. Great upsets and teams finally showing their hands after a long off season, it’s refreshing. Can’t wait for the rest of the season!

Honey Don't! is a fast, loose, and witty mystery with characters you'll fall in love with and a twist you could possibly see coming. However, that's pretty much where it ends. Not much is delved into after that, but i think it's still a good time. It helps portray a lived in grungy world! 5/10

Making a texture pack based on your favorite map, with textures provided for you isn't super hard, just a bit draining.

If I had a nickel for every time I wanted to ruin someone’s day after they decide to treat me as if I am not there on the road, I’d be a fucking millionaire.
