Would love them to show us these "any jobs" that are remote (only option for me), real, & competition isn't ridiculous. I just applied for an *advanced* job that's *freelance* (no benefits, lotsa costs), under living wage, illegally structured, & half of what I made freelance in 2000 at entry level.

Fact it fuking ruined my life & it's a rare morning I want to get outta bed alive as everything I try to "pick myself up to earn it all back" fails because of *that*. Very nice.

I've largely given up trying. Been pinging progressive writers (on my professional tech acct) there offering to help with the migration to one of the MANY alternatives and none even acknowledge. They're quite happy ignoring funding that stuff and mass hypocrisy involved with their messaging.

Why I moved off that hellsite ages ago. Substack literally partnered with Bari, promoted them and helped them out with special features. Paid newsletters helps fund fascist ideology. And no progressive writers giving them funding seem to give any craps about helping them continue promoting fascism.

Right? They all say “stay at home then” but not sure how or when I’m ever supposed to get dental health care ever again. And my CEV dependent needed massive surgery and there were many times she couldn’t wear a respirator for certain procedures. But for these serious access issues, always crickets.

Very true. They can yell at me all they want, I know what’s happening under my respirator!
