More of Ebbets’s work here. Warning: I’m not particularly afraid of heights, but some of these made me anxious.

The Dapper Daredevil Who Documented America’s Skyline in the Making
Where do I start with this photograph? The dapper shoes? The Gene Kelly stance? The delicate ease with which he's holding that enormous camera? Or the fact that all of this is happening at some unthin...

And they wasted a 1st round pick for a 29 year old Dman with a no trade clause (Pettersson) signed an injury prone goalie to a no trade contract and will be unable to trade Boesser unless he wants out. What a colossal mess we have.

IMHO, if you’re going to gamble, stick to pari-mutuel betting. It’s generally recognized to have the best ROI, *if* you’re willing to put in the work of handicapping. I’m a crap handicapper and I can at least break even more often than not.

The trick would be to track down enough research material for a history of Hastings. I have it on good authority that Jack Diamond threw all the records of the BC Jockey Club in a dumpster when the province handed over racing to the Pacific Racing Association in 1992.
