I recommend a bit of time at a gym just to figure out what kind of equipment you might want for a personal gym.

Other people have posted about lead concerns, but I'd say not to worry too much but maybe tend towards whey protein over plant-based (the vegan ones were a lot worse than the animal based ones). See youtu.be/rfYuvytGGwc?... .

Supplements are best if you track intake and find a deficiency.

Creatine may help you get 10% more endurance, or it may not. It's not particularly dangerous, so you can experiment and see if you feel like it helps after a few weeks. You do want a decent amount of protein. Supplements are okay if it's hard to add it otherwise in your diet.

Sounds a lot like what Suede recommended (youtu.be/pB8b3BEcfhM?...).

My recommendation was to follow the Stellaris model of having a late game crisis and also becoming so laggy end game that you don't need to worry about it.

Have you ever come across Project Rho? It's a website that gets into how to make sci-fi realistic.

One of my favorite things to learn about was how difficult getting rid of heat is and how realistic space battles might involve trying to attack your enemies' heat radiators to get a kill.

I think it was more than the importance of a group's key can be seen by the level of subsidies they get in the tax code (which admittedly, agriculture does get in the US).

As I recall BlueSteelDC saying in the other app - you spend a whole month mollywomping your candidate, what else do you expect?

I'd love for more tightly scoped games and having grown up during the 90s, my expectations are a lot lower on graphics/VO/whatever. But I also recognize that my preference for another Into the Breach or World of Goo is not shared by most.

I remember Extra Credits talking about the need for game prices to go up like 10 years ago and there was major pushback along the lines of "it's all greed" then as well.
