I will start looking for a new job in 2026. I did so many things in my previous job that it's a bit hard to decide where to apply. End of 2025 I have been lucky enough to meet amazing people who gave me a motivation boost.

As an experienced Engineering Manager, I've learned that the size of the company played a part in how much code I wrote. In smaller companies, I was a "Player/Coach". However, in larger companies with more processes, I wrote less code.
