I agree with you that this is one for rewatching. Very timey-wimey. I loved the shaggy JKY and I loved all the supporting characters. Finally, the redemptive lens of the drama. Where everyone is human, worth loving and can heal.

Yup and yup. It’s the promise of something really great that they betrayed. “What a waste” was the feeling I was left with at the end of both.

Hard agree. The plot device was basically an endless stream of obstacles, none of which revealed more depth of character than had already been revealed in the first 2 episodes.
