9/9 - both sides were on the opposing objective. Both needed to clear the enemy off to win
The Soviet Infantry had to assault the Chieftain and an Abbot. The assault lasted multiple rounds but eventually the Chieftain failed to counter attack. The lone RPG team stood victorious.

But it was close

8/9 - Turn 7 and the Soviets assaulted the Abbots, killing or capturing three. The remainder fell back but still contested the objective.

British Infantry assaulted and killed the Carnations. Ending the turn on the objective. The Chieftains backed up the Abbot.

7/9 - Turn 6 and the tension wracks up. With the T-80 gone, the ability to kill Chieftain was now vastly decreased. British Infantry finished off the remains of the first company and put them in touch of the objective. But the second Soviet company was also threatening NATO.

6/9 Turn 5 and the second infantry company kept pushing for the objective whilst the BMP1 tried to deal with the Chieftain, only to find the new Stillbrew armour easily beat the Sagger. The T-80 opened up on the HQ troop and missed! The Chieftains flanked and killed the T-80.

5/9. Turn 4 and the T80 arrived, nailing the two Chieftains that had claimed the BMP3. Mike's reserves then arrived in the perfect place and nailed a T-80 with a fin round to the flank.
The Abbots and reserve Chieftains from last turn decimated the infantry company and battalion HQ.

4/9 Turn 3 and the first reinforcements arrived, the BMP1 Company moving on to reinforce the left objective. The 76mm guns tried to kill the last Fox but failed. The BMP3 moved up to shoot the Chieftain and missed.
The Chieftains didnt and all 3 BMP brewed up. More Chieftain arrived on the scene

3/9 - Niether side got any reserves. The Soviet Infantry continued moving through the town, though becoming split up. The only casualty inflicted was one Fox.
Mike's turn saw the F-4 come screaming on, braving AA fire r
That saw one aircraft downed and clearly upsetting the aim of the remaining 3.

2/9 Turn 1 and I won the roll for first turn. It saw the BMP2 score some early kills vs the Fox platoon with 30mm automation fire.

Mike moved the Chieftain up, one getting caught up trying to cross a chain link fence, fouling its tracks. The remaining two tanks and Fox killed a BMP2 each.
