This has been on the BBC News page all day today, at one point second top 'story'.

And I just can't help but think that the BBC news editor is planning to buy a house next year.

Reading all the stuff about Rangers today, I do wonder whether Marathe is under pressure in his role.

Subs deployed proactively in a timely manner. What is this wizardry.

49ers' attention elsewhere?

Jesse Marsch and Javi Gracia both have superior points per game records with #lufc in the EPL than Daniel Farke.

I'm no fan of Arsenal but any team capable of beating the anti-football that Spurs are attempting today deserves praise.

Even the new #lufc recruits that started the season well have lost the plot.

Gudmundsson at fault for both goals again today. He's turning into a liability.

The quality just isn't there across the squad. The recruitment team and 49ers are equally responsible for this.

Farke can hold his head high but ultimately he isn't a Premier League manager.

Great first half from #lufc. No weak links and Villa have been very poor. Just need to see this out now.

With an injury-free squad to pick from, that's who he's chosen to go with in what may be his last game in charge.

Seems a bit of an obsession with a #lufc loaned player, who couldn't make our championship squad last season, scoring a few goals in the championship in the last few weeks.

We have, in fact, got several championship goalscorers that we could start tomorrow.

Watching the Scousers v Forest match and the pundit is actually providing some insight that the commentator can't. No idea who he is but it makes a refreshing change.

Not enjoying the score right now but it's far from over.

Been searching for a word to describe this and I've ended up with 'chastening'.

It looks like there is a great atmosphere in the ground. If only we could hear some of it.

Exactly where these two should be.

And a good few others would do well to hold their heads in shame this evening. But they won't.

One of the great albums.

Far from ideal from a #lufc perspective that Wales have yet more play-off games.
