If you are a family with concerns about your current care, please ask to speak to your midwife, or the Matron, Team Leader or Ward Manager for the area you are currently in, or where you are receiving care.

We would also like to reassure families in Leeds who are using our services currently, that we are already taking significant steps to address improvements to our maternity and neonatal services, and we know there is still much more to do.

We are truly sorry to bereaved and harmed families who have had poor experiences when receiving care in our hospitals. We know we haven’t listened to families well enough, or responded to their concerns compassionately, and we are determined to do better.

After the service, families, friends and staff are also invited to the Chapel to mark the Wave of Light. Battery operated tealights or lanterns can be brought along to switch on at 7pm.
