Fraud XI Nominees have to include Ben White - a legend in his own mind. James Maddison should be a mainstay of the midfield area, and De Ligt and Martinez (fresh from filming the Safety Dance video) can be in the back 4.

Had Matterface frotting away on the wireless about Utds "renaissance" & "the run they've been on." The run in question - haven't won a game for a month, drew at Forest bailed out by late equaliser, draw at Spurs bailed out by a last sec equaliser. I bet Arsenal are shitting themselves.

No clean sheet once again for the new Peter Schmeichel. Utd struggled without their best attacking option (Harry Maguire)

Generally felt the roster needed blowing up after last season & tbh bar Soto, Lindor, McLean & Diaz I can live with losing any of the rest. McNeil surely is a prime candidate to be moved & Senga too. We couldnt roll out last years roster again but the lack of a no1 Starting Pitcher remains glaring

I mean - on the face of it as a stand alone trade, I don't like it as we've traded for a 35yr old on the slide. However it can only be judged after the entire offseason moves have been made. We must be acquiring an OF as there's only 1 really good bat there on the entire roster in Soto.

Spot on - Newcastle/Sunderland aint a derby. The Brighton/Palace thing is laughably manufactured as well. I could go on. A derby is contested by 2 teams in the same City - not 2 in neighbouring towns.

The TV commentary on RTE2 was something else trust me. Fair play to them for that final 10 mins and never giving in. Bizarrely they had Didi Hamann in the studio. I think he mustve been in Dublin on a stag weekend.

Im sure some melt will be along shortly to say he only touched the ball 10 times in the game.

Mad game. Great entertainment - Hungary clinging on, Ireland despite being undermanned, throwing the sink at it.

Fantastic late run by the Irish team that - never gave it up. I bet Troy Parrott never has to buy a drink ever again. Great hat-trick

Right wing grifters/politics itself can only succeed if people are angry or told that they should be all the time over anything - lies/falsehoods or the manufactured creation of enemies that dont exist. It sadly thrives on hate not hope, & has no positivity besides a ghoulish joy at others suffering

Noted. Youve often a better chance of reaching Hannibal, Face, Murdoch and BA than The Happy Garden - the holy grail of Midd's Chinese Takeaways, and also a bizarre concept of time. "Itll be ready in 20 mins" means 55 mins on the Happy Garden clock.

Off to Gullivers after the West Ham home game I think. Like Doctor Who's Tardis that place - with the monsters in situ as well
