Yes, it’s awful, and I can’t just sit back. Kids I know are being pushed to the brink by the NHS’s treatment and it scares me. That’s why I’m driven to get the word out fast. I just wish the mainstream media didn’t treat trans kids like enemies.

I can agree that using a tragedy to polish one’s image rather than address the actual harm is deeply manipulative and morally hollow. It treats real suffering as a stage prop, and that kind of self-serving cynicism deserves to be called out without mercy.
